EA – Private Equity
£25-£28 per hour + holiday pay
Bond Street / Hyde Park
ASAP start, ongoing until July with possible extension
Office-based 4 days per week
9am - 5:30pm
This is an exciting opportunity for a tenacious and hardworking EA to join a leading global private equity firm at the top of its game.
You’ll need to be a confident multitasker, capable of managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, and supporting high-profile meetings. With strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the team’s day-to-day operations with a strong focus on diary management, travel coordination, and administrative support.
This role will be supporting a team of 7, including 2 Partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Diary and calendar management
- Travel arrangements – book flights, accommodation, transport, and prepare itineraries
- Expense management – process and reconcile expenses in line with company policies
- Administrative support – including document preparation, CRM updates, and data entry
- Project support – assist with ad hoc tasks and provide cover for colleagues when needed
WHO YOU ARE:
- You must have experience as an EA, or PA within financial services in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience within private equity would be highly advantageous
- Performance-driven team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised
