Job Title: Office Manager (5 month FTC)
Location: Luxembourg
Salary: €55,000 - €58,000

 

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to support a boutique investment firm in Luxembourg on a 5 month contract from May to September. This role will see you supporting a team of 10, including a Managing Director whilst ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office facilities, suppliers, and third-party contractors
  • Providing administrative support, including diary management and meeting coordination
  • Booking travel and handling expenses
  • Overseeing office supplies, post, and couriers
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls

 

Key Requirements:

  • Previous office management or administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Fluent in French and English
