Team Assistant
We are seeking a bright and energetic Team & Office Assistant to join a high-functioning global advisory firm. This role will suit a proactive person who has the agility to juggle multiple priorities, problem solve and collaborate effectively. You will work within a small global team, with vibrant culture and outstanding benefits.

Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £28-30K
Office Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm – 5 days/week in office
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment, the key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Front of house duties, including managing reception and welcoming clients
- Answering phones, coordinating couriers and managing post
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies and IT equipment
- Coordinating weekly team lunches and replenishing snacks and drinks
- Adhoc administrative support, including travel bookings, event coordination
WHO YOU ARE
This role will suit a vibrant self-starter, with outstanding communication skills who is eager to learn. You will have:
- At least 12 months of work experience in a similar setting
- Strong initiative, with a proactive and forward-thinking approach
- Outstanding organisational skills to ensure smooth running of a busy front desk
- High attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and problem solve effectively
- Reliability to work autonomously while also working collaboratively on adhoc projects
