Job Overview:

A leading firm in the investment and corporate services sector is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience to support its legal team in corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts. The ideal

candidate will have strong experience in corporate law, excellent drafting and research skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in their DIFC office. 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and amending corporate agreements including shareholder agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and investment contracts.

Support M&A transactions, corporate structuring, and regulatory filings.

Conduct legal research on UAE corporate laws, DIFC/ADGM regulations, and international compliance requirements.

Prepare and maintain corporate documents, resolutions, and board minutes.

Assist with KYC, AML, and due diligence checks for clients and business partners.

Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and regulatory bodies for business licensing and compliance.

Work closely with external counsel, finance teams, and business units to ensure smooth legal operations.

Manage and organize legal files, contracts, and corporate records.

Key Requirements:

3-5 years of corporate law experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

Strong understanding of UAE company law, contract law, and corporate governance.

Experience in investment, finance, or corporate services industries is preferred.

Familiarity with DIFC, ADGM, and UAE free zone regulations is a plus.

Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.

Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field (paralegal certification is a plus).
