Permanent / Hybrid (3:2) / Flexibility with hours is essential
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a FinTech company based within the CEO’s team, directly reporting to a Senior Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will need to be calm under pressure, resilient and resourceful. You will need to be able to pre-empt changing circumstances to ensure the business operates smoothly. If you thrive in incredibly fast-paced and everchanging, demanding environments then this might just be the role for you!
What you’ll do:
While you will be directly reporting to the Senior EA, as a Team Assistant you will have significant exposure to the CEO’s calendar. Therefore, responsibilities include:
- Supporting with travel arrangements e.g. researching costs for multi-step trips across international time zones
- Processing expenses
- Document coordination e.g. signatures, printing and filing
- Facilitating meetings e.g. organising meeting rooms and refreshments as well as meeting and greeting visitors when necessary
- Personal errands for CEO and liaising with the family private PA
Who you are:
As a Team Assistant within the CEO’s team, you will need to have a great work ethic and get stuck in, sometimes going the extra mile. Other attributes include:
- Someone ambitious who will take advantage of the exposure to senior members of a company to learn and grow
- Be incredibly solution-oriented, even when something seems impossible
- Be tech-savvy, extremely organised and forward thinking. This is a G-Suite office so you do need to be comfortable with this.
- Possess prior executive support experience
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Be professional and exercise discretion at all times
- A team player who will go above and beyond for the needs of the business but also confident to work independently
- Be flexible and adaptable as no two days will be the same
- Understand cultural nuances and time zones to ensure support can be provided internationally
