Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Dubai

Reports To: HR Manager / HR Director

Salary - 10,000 -12,000 AED

Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll, and compliance with labour laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Support in implementing employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure a positive work environment.

3. HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and performance records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Process payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.

4. Learning & Development:

  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
  • Track employee development plans and support career growth initiatives.

5. Performance Management:

  • Support in performance appraisal processes and goal-setting exercises.
  • Provide feedback mechanisms to employees and management.

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or CHRP (preferred but not mandatory).
