Job Description

Revenue Coordinator – International Law Firm | Dubai (DIFC)

Salary AED 20,000 - 21,500

Duration: 12 month contract (possible extension but not guaranteed)

A leading international law firm is seeking a Revenue Coordinator to join their Dubai-based finance team. This role will support with WIP (work in progress) management and billing processes to ensure the firm meets its working capital objectives.

Only candidates with relevant billing/revenue experience within a legal or professional services environment will be considered. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead monthly WIP review meetings with partners, focusing on billing and matter management

  • Obtain and upload billing estimates in the firm’s internal systems

  • Monitor WIP and disbursement levels to ensure timely billing or write-offs where appropriate

  • Prepare draft invoices and provide billing analysis to fee earners and finance leads

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal billing codes and internal procedures

  • Finalise and dispatch invoices to clients

  • Support the Regional Revenue Manager and Finance team with ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Confident, proactive, and collaborative team player

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the firm

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines

  • Strong legal billing background, ideally with experience using Aderant

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general finance systems

  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak billing periods

  • 2–3 years’ experience in revenue, billing, or financial coordination—legal or professional services experience preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
  • Certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus, but not essential
