I am working with a growing insurance company looking to hire an entry level Operations Coordinator to join their team! Positive and collaborative company culture and beautiful new offices.
This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations and underwriting teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a company with an exciting growth trajectory!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Organize records and information
- Prepare recaps and commission statements
- Handle loss run requests and claims funding
- Assist in premium audit administration
- Monitor access permission privileges
- Coordinate with vendors and clients on various matters, including sanction searches and other third-party due diligence
- Special projects and reporting as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize
- Proficient in MS Office; Quickbooks a plus (not required)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
