Fractional Finance Director

£370.00 - £770.00 per day

This is an opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to join a single family office on an ongoing fractional basis.  The role is to start as soon as possible; initially full-time for 4-6 weeks, and up to 1 day per week thereafter.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Streamline and improve financial processes and reporting to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist in developing and executing financial strategies
• Provide strategic financial insights to support long term wealth management
• Overseeing, monitoring and analysis of private equity investments and assets.
• Setting up management reporting framework (P&L / cashflow) for the running of the family office
• Co-ordinate with legal, tax and accounting advisors to optimize tax efficiencies
• Update and monitoring of Powerbi  

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

• Accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
• Solid understanding of private family office structures and tax implications
• Prior experience working in a family office at a senior level
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to be hands-on and strategic
