Sales Executive- Scaffolding (Civil Engineer)
Job Description
***Salary up to 10,000 AED
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a Civil Engineering qualification to join our client in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, particularly in scaffolding sales and rental services, and a solid track record in the GCC construction market. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, closing sales deals, and expanding the company’s client base across the region.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, including 5-6 years in the GCC
-
Proven experience in scaffolding systems, particularly in sales and rental
-
Strong understanding of the construction and industrial sectors

UAE Driving License is mandatory
Skills Required:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction documents, and offer engineering-based sales solutions

CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and strong MS Office skills

Ability to conduct market analysis and deliver actionable insights

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, maintenance, and industrial sectors

Expand the client base by networking, attending events, and initiating contact with potential customers

Deliver technical and commercial presentations and proposals

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collections
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and project discussions

Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support

Understand customer needs and deliver tailored scaffolding solutions
Technical & Operational Collaboration

Coordinate closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and technical accuracy

Provide on-site support, take measurements, and recommend appropriate scaffolding setups

Understand safety regulations and ensure solutions meet compliance standards
Reporting & Market Analysis

Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews

Analyze sales data and market trends to recommend strategic improvements

Monitor KPIs and align efforts with business objectives

Provide regular feedback to management on client needs and market shifts
Vendor & Contractor Management

Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with contracts

Oversee and ensure timely execution of service delivery components related to the sales cycle
