Position Overview:

We are assisting a leading consultancy firm in finding a Senior Product Owner to lead product initiatives for clients across multiple industries. This role involves defining product strategies, managing roadmaps, and ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy development and execution, aligning with client goals.
• Manage product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery within client specifications.
• Collaborate with teams in distribution, marketing, sales, investments, and more.
• Drive profitable growth by balancing volume and profitability.
• Maintain a strong understanding of both life and non-life business operations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business or Finance (required).
• 5-7 years in product or actuarial roles, preferably in consultancy or finance.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
