Salary: $200k-$250k plus performance related commission

Full-Time, Permanent - 5 days in office

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
I am working with a a leading third-party logistics provider, specializing in end-to-end fulfillment and supply chain solutions for consumer goods and e-commerce brands. They have a global presence with sites across the US, the UK and Europe and these locations enable them to offer comprehensive warehousing and fulfillment services across North America and select international markets.
My client is looking for a results-oriented and strategically minded Vice President of Sales to lead their B2B retail expansion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing relationships with mass retail giants such as Walmart, Target, and Costco, and this executive role is critical to driving growth, developing high-impact sales strategies, and leading a top-performing sales team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aimed at increasing revenue and market share across mass retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco).

Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with buyers, category managers, and other retail stakeholders.

Align pricing, product placement, and promotional strategies with each retail partner’s objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to adapt and optimize sales plans.
Business Development & Revenue Growth

Expand existing retail partnerships and acquire new accounts within the mass retail segment.

Negotiate favorable terms and trade agreements with key partners.

Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives.
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to support holistic business goals.

Forecast and manage inventory needs in coordination with operations and supply chain teams.
WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications & Experience:

15+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within homeware, kitchen goods, or similar consumer product categories.

Strong track record of driving growth across mass retail and e-commerce channels.

Deep understanding of how to launch and scale brands within major outlet ecosystems.

Proven negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leading and mentoring dynamic sales teams in high-growth environments.

Bachelor's degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
