What you'll do:
Our client, an investment firm based in DIFC, is seeking a professional and polished Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a corporate setting and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately

Manage meeting room bookings and maintain a tidy reception area

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

Coordinate office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks

Support the team with ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate receptionist or front desk role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable, reliable, and detail-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience in the DIFC or financial services sector is a plus
