Job Description

What you'll do:

Our client, an investment firm based in DIFC, is seeking a professional and polished Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a corporate setting and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately

  • Manage meeting room bookings and maintain a tidy reception area

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

  • Coordinate office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks

  • Support the team with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate receptionist or front desk role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Presentable, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Previous experience in the DIFC or financial services sector is a plus
