Job Description
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a switched-on Office Manager who is well-presented and proactive to join a global consultancy based in the West End.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Day-to-day coordination of a busy office
Act as main point of contact for building management and external suppliers/contractors
Manage office supplier contracts
Manage office budgets
Health & Safety
Manage office layout and all logistics involved with this
Update and communicate office policies
Support with updating the CRM, scheduling meetings, handling and chasing invoices, meeting and greeting, and other ad hoc admin support
WHO YOU ARE
An experienced candidate who is switched-on, personable and an excellent team player, who can hit the ground running.
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
H&S experience
Excellent attention to detail
Top organisational & communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Well-presented and highly discreet
Strong MS Office skills
This role is paying up to £55k (DOE) with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a discretionary bonus.
