We are looking for a personable and hard working Receptionist to join a firm based in Central London. This full-time role offers a salary between £34–36k, with office hours from 8.30am to 5pm, and nice benefits. WHAT YOU’LL DO
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Answering and professionally directing calls
- Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock is maintained and organised
- Supporting ad-hoc requests from the team
WHO YOU ARE
This role is perfect for a proactive, energetic individual with ideally a year of experience in a similar office assistant or administrative role. You will have:
- 1+ years of experience in an office assistant or reception role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- High energy, positive attitude, and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A professional appearance and attitude
