Location: London (West End)
Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £35K
Office Hours: 9am to 6pm - hybrid working
We are seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support the finance function of a private family office environment in Central London. This role will suit an agile and proactive professional, who is able to collaborate effectively while also having the self-drive to work autonomously. The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of accounting and finance practices, with the ability to problem solve and multitask. You will work within a close-knit team, with excellent benefits and flexibility.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Processing and tracking all invoices, with direct follow-up, where required
- Monthly creditor statements and credit card reconciliations
- Data analysis and making recommendations for reduced expenditure
- Establishing, verifying and maintaining banking details for all entities
- Liaising with external stakeholders, where needed
- Ad-hoc project support and other administrative duties

- Previous experience working within an Accounts or Finance Team
- Structured and methodical approach, with the ability to multitask effectively

- Commitment and longevity, with the desire to contribute to the business long-term
