Location: West End, London

Working Hours: 9am-6pm (3 days WFH/month)

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA to join a private equity firm based in the West End, London. This is a fantastic role for an individual with a strong background in financial services, looking to provide high-level support to an energetic and collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities, from managing complex calendars to preparing high-quality reports and presentations. If you have at least 5 years of experience in an EA role within financial services, and have the gravitas to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars and schedules for senior executives.
- Organise and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact between senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of meetings and projects.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and requests from the executive team as needed.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, but also thrive within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude, with a flexible approach to tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
