Senior Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 28,000 + Fantastic benefits
Role Overview
We have partnered with a prestigious leading investment group with a global presence spanning multiple countries and regions who are hiring a senior Executive Assistant providing direct, high-quality support to the CEO. The successful candidate will manage a demanding schedule, coordinate travel and meetings, and handle confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Working in close collaboration with the CEO Office Manager and wider executive support team, this role is central to ensuring the CEO’s time is effectively managed and operational priorities are met in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
Candidates with experience supporting C-suite in large corporates, family offices, investment firms, or government-linked organisations are highly desirable.
Please note this role is not open to candidates that are not currently based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritising appointments and ensuring seamless coordination across time zones and functions.
- Arrange all aspects of international and domestic travel including detailed itineraries, accommodation, visas, and transport.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and follow-ups for meetings and strategic engagements.
- Monitor and manage email communications, drafting responses and prioritising urgent matters.
Coordination & Teamwork
- Work closely with the CEO Office Manager and other members of the executive support team to ensure comprehensive coverage and continuity.
- Support the planning and execution of executive-level meetings, leadership offsites, and internal communications.
- Track and follow up on key action items and deliverables for the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met.
Confidential Administration
- Maintain and organise sensitive files, documentation, and correspondence with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing board-level documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring they are accurate and professional.
- Support internal processes including expense reporting, approvals, and document management.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for senior internal executives, board members, government officials, and external partners.
- Assist with the coordination of key external engagements and events attended by the CEO.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism in all communications on behalf of the CEO.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in executive support, with a minimum of 5 years supporting C-suite executives.
- Prior experience in large corporates, family offices, investment firms, or government-linked organisations is highly desirable.
Skills & Attributes
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with a polished executive presence.
- Proactive, flexible, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document and calendar management systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
