Job Description

What you'll do:

We are working with a fast-growing real estate development company based in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai. With a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects, they are looking to expand their dynamic team with a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to oversee and manage all financial aspects of the business. This position requires hands-on experience in real estate development finance, strong knowledge of local regulations, and fluency in Russian. You will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Skills:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts

  • Develop budgets and monitor financial performance against targets

  • Manage cash flow, project funding, and investment tracking

  • Oversee VAT compliance and other relevant local financial regulations

  • Liaise with auditors, banks, external consultants, and government authorities

  • Provide financial input and analysis to support project development and strategic decision-making

  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, sales, and senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a real estate development company in the UAE

  • Fluent in Russian and proficient in English

  • Strong understanding of real estate finance, project budgeting, and cost control

  • Knowledge of UAE financial and tax regulations (including VAT)

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
