Accounts Payable Specialist

Duration: Temporary for 9–12 months

Workload: 80–100%

We are looking for an engaged individual to take on the accounts payable responsibilities and play a key role in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. If you want to combine your accounting expertise with an interest in digital transformations, we look forward to your application.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Reviewing and posting accounts payable invoices in the SAP system, including the MM/FI approval process
• Communicating with suppliers and internal customers regarding orders, postings, and payments
• Processing invoices and expense reports
• Monitoring and reconciling accounts payable
• Planning and executing payment runs
• Reviewing and posting internal employee expenses
• Customer-oriented handling of inquiries in the relevant area
• Verifying order requests for compliance with internal guidelines

WHO YOU ARE

• Completed commercial training (e.g., Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ), ideally with further education as an accounting specialist or a degree in finance/accounting
• In-depth knowledge and secure application of accounting standards
• 1–2 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally also in implementation
• Analytical thinking, strong numerical skills, and precise, independent work style
• Team player, reliable, and resilient
• Very good German language skills, English is a plus
• First experience in system implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) is an advantage
