Our client, a leading organization based in Dubai, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Bid and Marketing Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic UAE National who is passionate about strategic marketing, proposal management, and business development support.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading the preparation of high-quality bid proposals, managing the end-to-end bid process, and supporting the wider marketing initiatives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and submission of compelling bid proposals in alignment with client requirements and internal standards.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial input for bid documents.

• Manage the bid timeline, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time.

• Develop and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, presentations, and corporate materials.

• Contribute to brand positioning, campaign planning, and content strategy.

• Support internal communications and client-facing marketing activities.

• Conduct competitor and market research to inform bid strategy and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• UAE National with Khulasat Al Qaid (Mandatory- Government Requirement)

• Based in Dubai and available to join immediately

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in bids, proposals, or marketing roles, ideally within a corporate or government setting

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal)

• Strong project management and coordination abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe InDesign or design tools is a plus
