About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading organization in the intralogistics and automation sector to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering growth in a fast-evolving market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intralogistics or warehouse automation solutions, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and a proven track record in developing B2B client relationships across the UAE and broader GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, retail).

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and solutions tailored to client needs.

Lead negotiations and close deals in alignment with company goals and margin expectations.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and innovative solution design.

Track market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and positioning.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal) – Mandatory

Currently based in the UAE

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within intralogistics, automation, material handling, or supply chain solutions

Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close complex B2B deals

Strong understanding of warehouse solutions, automation technologies, or robotics systems is highly desirable

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

UAE driving license is preferred
