What you'll do:

Our client, a leading organization in the real estate and construction sector is seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a high-performing HR team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and a strong ability to identify and attract top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles.

This position plays a critical role in building a robust talent pipeline and supporting business growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled professionals aligned with our client’s strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across various departments, including technical, commercial, and support functions.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.

  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and use of social media, job boards, and recruitment events.

  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.

  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor hiring practices, particularly within the real estate and construction sectors.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within real estate or construction industries.

  • Must have Recruitment experience within the UAE.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and best hiring practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficient in using ATS systems and recruitment tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
