Role: Front of House
Location: Central London
Salary: up to £40,000pa (DOE)
A global Private Equity and Investment firm in Central London is seeking an organised and proactive Front of House / Office Coordinator to support a fast-paced and dynamic team. This is an all-encompassing role, where you will take on a variety of front-of-house responsibilities alongside office coordination and administrative support.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing a polished and professional reception area – welcoming clients, guests, and investors

Acting as the face of the business, delivering exceptional first impressions

Supporting the wider EA team with ad-hoc admin and coordination tasks

Overseeing office management duties – liaising with suppliers, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the smooth daily running of the office

Managing meeting rooms, catering, couriers, and post

Providing general admin and organisational support across departments as needed

Experience in a similar front-of-house or office support role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
