Client Services Executive – ISA & Stockbroking Admin
£16 - £20 per hour
Liverpool Street, City of London
5 days in office
9:00am – 5:30pm
I am currently working with my client on a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a fintech, with beautiful offices near Liverpool Street, supporting the ISA and Stockbroking operations.
You will need to have experience of having worked within Client Services in financial services, including dealing with client queries over the phone and email, relating to ISAs and funds.
Initially this will be a temporary position, with the potential to then be considered for longer term roles within the company.
What you’ll do:
- Correspond with clients professionally and efficiently, via email and secure messages.
- Process queries relating to ISAs and stockbroking, adhering to internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain client database and internal systems.
- Liaise with relevant departments to escalate complex issues.
What you’ll need:
- Experience working within a Client Services Team in a financial services environment.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Always maintain a high standard of accuracy when handling compliance.
- Be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- An awareness of FCA is a desirable attribute.
