House Manager – UHNW Private Residence
Salary: Open up to around AED 35,000
Position Type: Full-Time, Live-Out
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional House Manager to oversee the daily operations and staff of a private residence in Dubai. This is a key leadership role within the household, responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, managing the domestic team, and ensuring seamless coordination across all areas of the home. The Family will be relocating to the region from London imminently and the property manager will be responsible for hiring a team of housekeepers, drivers, gardeners, etc.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing UHNW households, possess a strong understanding of 5* service, discretion, organisation, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for maintaining the property to impeccable standards at all times

Leadership and daily management of household staff

Conducting performance management, scheduling, and supervision of the team

Overseeing budgeting and household finances including payroll

Engaging and managing external contractors and suppliers

Inventory and stock control across the household

Wardrobe management

Oversight of wine cellar organisation

Providing or supervising formal service during dinners and events

Hosting and welcoming guests in a professional, presentable, and discreet manner

Handling diary management and general administrative duties for the principal

Planning and overseeing social events and private gatherings

Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries as required

Ensuring daily communication with the principal and proactively anticipating needs
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in private household management and service for UHNW families

Minimum 10 years’ experience managing household staff or hospitality team
- Experience providing or managing formal dining and wine service

Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, and maintain high standards of service

Strong knowledge of household operations and protocol

High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality

Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to anticipate principal needs and act with autonomy and initiative

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Flexible to travel on occasion if required

Familiarity with international household standards and multi-cultural teams
