A rapidly growing, internationally focused technology company is seeking an experienced Senior HR Associate to establish and drive its human resources function during a pivotal stage of organisational growth. The company provides highly accurate daily estimates of corporate revenue and KPIs, delivering critical data intelligence to AI systems, institutional investors, and large enterprises.
This is a stand alone Senior HR role responsible for building scalable people operations, implementing robust HR frameworks, and supporting the evolving organisational structure in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management & Retention:
- Design and implement retention strategies that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead talent development initiatives to support employee growth, engagement, and succession planning.
- Organisational Design & Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the evolving organisational structure.
- Define recruitment strategies, prioritise critical roles, and identify effective sourcing channels.
- Workplace Strategy:
- Evaluate and advise on the organisation’s physical workspace needs, including the potential establishment of office facilities.
- Third-Party Vendor Management:
- Identify and manage outsourced providers for key HR services, including:
- Pre-employment background screening
- Security and behavioural risk training (social engineering awareness)
- Development and delivery of escalation and compliance training programmes
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee leave and holiday management processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with applicable legislation.
- Provide HR support to legal and compliance teams, including employment contract administration and documentation.
What You Will Bring:
- Significant experience in senior HR or People Operations roles, preferably within a high-growth or international technology environment.
- Exposure to working in a Standalone pro-active role
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategy, organisational design, and employee development.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance best practices.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and develop scalable HR infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting legal and contractual functions is advantageous.
