Location: London (Central)
Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 WFH
Contract: 6-month FTC (with view to extend or go permanent)
Salary: £45K FTE
A leading recruitment business is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Coordinator to take the lead and oversee a small team of compliance assistants. You will join their London office on an initial 6-month contract. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the compliance team and work output with a view to driving process improvements and stabilising the function following a recent restructure. This role will suit a confident and collaborative compliance professional with a passion for process improvement and team development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the compliance function across multiple business streams, ensuring best practice and regulatory alignment across the board. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a small team compliance professionals
- Act as point of escalation for all compliance matters
- Lead on monthly management information reporting and audit processes
- Monitor legislative updates in compliance processes and implement required changes
- Oversee systems such as CRM, onboarding platforms and contract tools
- Support training delivery in partnership with L&D
