Controlling Specialist (Temporary -6 months) – 80-100%
A well-established energy and retail company with operations in Switzerland and Austria is seeking a skilled Controlling Specialist or Business Analyst with a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.
Role Overview We are looking for a business analyst with knowledge of finance and controlling to support the Controlling team on a temporary basis (6 months). This role involves internal reporting, business performance evaluation, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly group management reports for the parent company
• Contribute to monthly management reporting for local operations in Switzerland and Austria
• Provide detailed performance analysis to support decision-making
• Support month-end closing activities
• Assist in annual planning processes, including budgeting and long-term financial planning
Your Profile
• 3+ years of relevant experience in management reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI module (financial accounting)
• Familiarity with SQL or other database tools is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced level)
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
