Assistant Finance Manager
Job Description

With a commitment to integrity, performance, and innovation, they are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Group Finance Manager – Reporting and Compliance to join their group finance function.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements for the Group in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Manage and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, delivering insightful analysis and commentary on financial performance.

Liaise with external auditors, coordinate audit deliverables, and ensure a smooth audit process with minimal findings.

Ensure ongoing compliance with financial reporting standards and support implementation of new regulations and best practices.

Collaborate with business units and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information and enhance financial controls.
Requirements:

Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is mandatory.

Minimum 7 years of total experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on reporting and compliance.

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory finance role.

Prior experience in a group-level finance function, ideally within a diversified or multi-entity environment, is highly preferred.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
