Tiger Private is recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Guest Services professional to support an UHNW principal across multiple global locations. This is a client-facing role with a strong emphasis on luxury hospitality, executive-level logistics, and concierge-style service. The ideal candidate will come from a yachting background (ideally as a Chief Stewardess or Purser) and will be proactive, and globally mobile. A background in private aviation, luxury hotels, or private households is also highly relevant.

The position operates on a rotational schedule, with two weeks on with the principal, followed by two weeks of administrative support and project work (which can be remote), and then two weeks off. However, the candidate will be expected to remain available for urgent messages or updates during downtime. During the active rotation, you will deliver seamless personal service across various locations including Europe, the U.S., and Dubai, supporting everything from high-end travel coordination and event hosting to managing guest logistics and VIP experiences across properties, private jets, and yachts. When offsite, your role will focus on administrative planning, vendor liaison, scheduling, and family foundation support.

Candidates must be open to frequent international travel and ideally hold an EU, or a valid Schengen visa. You must be culturally fluent, service-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, highly confidential environments.
