About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer with a proven track record in Interior Fit-Out projects across the GCC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of fit-out projects from inception to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and monitor detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project).

• Liaise with project managers, designers, and site teams to align planning objectives.

• Analyze project risks, critical paths, and potential delays; recommend mitigation strategies.

• Monitor subcontractor performance and progress to ensure alignment with baseline programs.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards for internal and client use.

• Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely material and subcontractor availability.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of planning experience, with at least 3 years in Interior Fit-Out within the GCC.

• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning software.

• Strong understanding of fit-out construction processes, materials, and timelines.

• Familiarity with GCC regulations, authority approvals, and project execution norms.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
