We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading interior fit-out contractor based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-contract commercial management, with proven experience handling high-end fit-out projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all post-contract commercial activities for assigned fit-out projects.

• Prepare and administer interim payment applications and final accounts.

• Manage variations, claims, and dispute resolution in line with contract terms.

• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering as required.

• Ensure accurate cost reporting and commercial forecasting.

• Liaise closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with budgetary targets.

• Support procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of post-contract experience with at least 3 years in the UAE.

• Strong portfolio in interior fit-out projects within a contracting environment.

• In-depth knowledge of standard forms of contract (FIDIC, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• RICS or similar accreditation is a plus.
