Office Coordinator – Amsterdam (On-site, Full-Time)

A leading global trading and research firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join their Amsterdam team. This is a full-time, in-office role that blends front office coordination with light tech support. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Workplace Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day front desk activity: greeting guests, handling calls, managing deliveries and meetings

  • Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure AV equipment is ready for use

  • Manage catering and meeting room setups; assist with on-site and off-site events

  • Support visiting employees, candidates, and guests to ensure a smooth experience

  • Maintain office supplies, documentation, and branded materials

  • Collaborate with global teams to align with company-wide workplace standards

Basic Tech Support

  • Set up desks and hardware, including moving and reconnecting equipment

  • Provide first-line support for basic issues on Windows and Mac devices

  • Help with mobile device configuration and user account setups

  • Replace or reconnect faulty peripherals (monitors, keyboards, etc.)

  • Escalate complex issues to the in-house Tech Services team

  • Maintain documentation and contribute to improving internal tech processes

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset

  • Highly organized and detail-focused; able to juggle multiple priorities

  • A hands-on approach and willingness to take initiative

  • Interest or basic experience in IT support

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Must be available to work on-site Monday–Friday
