Our client, a global leader in its sector, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the divisional CEO. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role encompasses a wide variety of administrative and project-related responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO’s office.
The position is based near Zug.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
- Proactively manage a broad range of tasks including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, correspondence, and information management.
- Anticipate and prioritise conflicting demands and requests, in line with agreed prioritisation principles.
- Support, and where appropriate lead, internal projects and initiatives through to successful completion.
- Ensure discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategic and operational activities.
- Serve as a role model for other assistants, supporting their development and the onboarding of new team members.
WHO YOU ARE
- A minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, ideally within a global or complex organisational environment.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential, and German language skills are a strong advantage.
- A proactive and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- A collaborative team player with an adaptable mindset, comfortable working within multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and available outside of standard working hours when required.
- Resilient and able to perform effectively in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment.
- Possess a commercial qualification (e.g. kaufmännische Ausbildung, business college) or equivalent.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, with a strong interest in exploring and adopting new digital tools.
