Private Executive Assistant (Part-Time | 3 Days/Week)

Salary circa £70,000 per year Pro-rata circa £45,000 depending on experience 
Location: Remote (with travel to London and Surrey as required)

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Executive Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur and his wife across both business and personal affairs. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted role.

About the Role:
This part-time role (2–3 days per week) is primarily remote but will require occasional in-person meetings in London and Surrey, so candidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance. You’ll be responsible for a blend of business administration, personal assistance, and property management across UK and US-based residences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Manage and coordinate insurance claims (personal and property-related)
  • Oversee property-related admin for residences in Surrey, London, and the US
  • Handle accounts, calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and errands with discretion and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a high-level Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter who can manage tasks independently and anticipate needs
  • Comfortable navigating both business and personal matters
  • Experience within family office/ wealth management or property management is a strong plus
  • UK-based, with the ability to commute to London and Surrey as required
  • A full driving licence is highly preferred

Working Hours & Flexibility:

  • 2–3 days per week to start, with the potential to evolve into a full-time role
