Job Description
We’re working with a high-calibre boutique investment firm based in the heart of the West End, who are seeking a reliable and proactive EA/Office Manager for holiday cover, a week in June and a week in July. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied support role where you'll be the go-to person in the office, providing seamless support to C-suite level. Hours 8:30 – 5:30, based in the office, five days a week.
What You’ll Do
This is a busy, multi-faceted role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and delivering high-level EA support.
Key duties include:
- Complex diary management and meeting coordination
- Inbox management and correspondence
- Last-minute travel arrangements
- Front-of-house duties – greeting guests, meeting room management, answering phones
- Office management – restocking kitchen supplies, managing post and filing systems
- General ad hoc support for the wider team
Who You Are
You are an experienced and self-sufficient EA/OM with a calm, can-do attitude. You're highly organised, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’re trusted to take ownership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar EA/Office Management role
- Proficient across Microsoft Office Suite
- Impeccably reliable, proactive, and punctual
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information professionally
