Job Description

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support for learning and talent development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of graduate development programs, national talent initiatives, training logistics, and learning operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, with strong organizational and communication skills

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Coordination: Support the development and delivery of training programs by preparing materials, scheduling sessions, and liaising with trainers and subject matter experts.

  • Graduate & National Development Programs: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, coaching logistics, and university outreach activities. Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate internships.

  • Learning Operations: Maintain training records, manage learning systems (LMS), coordinate exam registrations, and handle logistics for professional development and CPD events.

  • Feedback & Reporting: Collect and analyze participant feedback, generate reports, and help evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Systems & Projects: Support HR systems enhancements and contribute to talent development initiatives and ongoing improvement projects.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general assistance to the L&D team including document management, calendar coordination, and event logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role within HR or L&D.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS tools is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
