Location:  Dubai

Salary: 30,000 AED - 35,000 AED per month depending on experience

 

Our client a family office based in Dubai, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team.

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly capable and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources. This is a rare opportunity to shape the HR function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting positive workplace cultures.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Develop and implement a comprehensive on-boarding program.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and management ensuring compliance with UAE labour law.  
  • Develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and UAE labour law.
  • Identify training and development needs within the team and facilitate access to relevant learning opportunities.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.  Manage visa processing, renewals, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage HR-related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Promote culture-building initiatives that foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable.  
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to a variety of HR functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of handling employee relations issues with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Experience in developing and implementing performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.  
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively within a team.  
  • Strictest level of integrity and confidentiality.
