Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: Ireland, Remote Reports to: Sales Manager

Salary: Up to $40,000 per year

Start Date: Immediately

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional administrative support that enables the team to focus on

revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders accurately and maintain internal CRM and tracking systems.
  • Prepare and format quotes, invoices, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client communication.
  • Organize and maintain digital sales folders, team timesheets, and other essential documents.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, sales reporting, and document preparation.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order updates, documentation, and general inquiries.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing top-quality support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales documentation and order processing workflows.
  • Experience in supporting B2B sales teams.
