We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team! We are a fast-paced, boutique recruitment consultancy based in London, with additional offices in New York, Dubai, and Zurich. We work closely with a prestigious, high-end client base across the financial, professional services, and broader business sectors. You will be working within our Permanent Business Support Division, placing top-tier PAs, EAs, Office Managers, Chiefs of Staff, and other key business support professionals into leading firms. What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high level of service
- Source high-calibre talent through various channels
- Screen and interview candidates for skills and experience
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Grow new business and develop existing client accounts
- Advise clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Who You Are:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or account management is highly desirable, though not essential
- Results-driven and highly organised
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player who enjoys collaboration but is also a motivated self-starter
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and enjoys working towards targets
