Job Description

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced PA/Concierge. This unique dual-role position provides high-level executive and lifestyle support to a prominent CEO, both in London and while traveling. The successful candidate will be highly resourceful, proactive, and discreet, with an excellent knowledge of London’s services, culture, and luxury offerings. Above all, they must demonstrate absolute confidentiality and integrity across all personal and professional matters.

Commitment: 30–40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support (London-Based Events & Activities)

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinating business meetings, private appointments, and travel schedules.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel (private and commercial), including visas, itineraries, and accommodations.

  • Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and follow-ups for internal and external engagements.

  • Serve as the point of contact with executive team members, board directors, and professional partners.

  • Maintain records of activities in accordance with non-domicile requirements.

  • Track all London-based travel and stays via detailed spreadsheets.

Concierge & Lifestyle Management

  • Organize personal travel, luxury holidays, and global leisure experiences.

  • Secure exclusive reservations at fine dining restaurants, private clubs, cultural events, and entertainment venues in London and abroad.

  • Source last-minute access to events and experiences through established professional networks, including Invilia.

  • Manage relationships with luxury service providers such as private chefs, chauffeurs, stylists, and personal trainers.

  • Oversee personal shopping, wardrobe coordination, and bespoke gifting with delivery to London.

Household & Personal Administration

  • Oversee daily operations and special projects at the London residence, including renovations, deliveries, and vendor management.

  • Coordinate household staff, drivers, property managers, and service providers.

  • Manage household expenses, memberships, and ongoing contracts.

  • Schedule health, wellness, and family appointments, and oversee renewals of passports, licenses, and other personal documentation.

Special Projects & Events

  • Plan and manage private dinners, corporate functions, and social gatherings.

  • Coordinate philanthropic initiatives, art collection logistics, and select private investments as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous PA, executive assistant, or lifestyle management experience supporting C-suite executives or UHNW individuals.

  • Strong knowledge of London’s luxury, cultural, and business landscape.

  • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, flexible, and tech-savvy.

  • Proven discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
