What you will do:

Working directly with the restaurant owner, the role of the Chef in Jeddah will be pivotal to the success of the business. Therefore, career growth opportunities are readily available for the successful candidate. Experience in authentic, homely Iranian cuisine is essential for this small restaurant of 8-12 covers as the majority of the business will be obtained via online orders. The position offers a great deal of autonomy as you will support the owner to select the location, staff, suppliers and menu and you will be relied upon for your specialist knowledge.

Requirements: 

It is expected that you will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Iranian cuisine and experience in managing a busy kitchen with a small team. This is also a great opportunity to influence the direction of the restaurant in the future as the owner has plans to rapidly expand across Saudi Arabia in the future.
