Title: Chef
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 10-14,000 SAR

Working directly with the restaurant owner of this new venture, the role of Chef in Jeddah will be pivotal to the success of the business.

• The position offers a great deal of autonomy as you will support the owner to select the location, staff, suppliers and menus and you will be relied upon for your specialist knowledge.
• This is a small restaurant of 8-12 covers, as the majority of the business will be obtained via online orders and platforms.
• A great opportunity to influence the direction of the restaurant in the future as the owner has plans to rapidly expand across Saudi Arabia.

This is a very specialist role and only those with the following experience will be shortlisted:

• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in authentic, homely Iranian cuisine.
• Managing a busy kitchen with a small team.
• Currently residing in Jeddah Saudi Arabia, or be prepared to relocate.
