A leading Investment bank searching for a highly motivated Team Assistant Macro Research department is looking for the Team Assistant to support FX, Rates and EM Strategy team within Economics Research group

 

What you'll do

  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and manage switchboard
  • Register all guests
  • Manage all external meeting room bookings
  • Send out a weekly schedule of all meetings booked 
  • Ensure meeting rooms and reception area are kept tidy at all times, including cleaning/descaling coffee machines
  • Welcome guests and clients and offering them tea/coffee/water
  • Arranging couriers and mail collection
  • Updating spreadsheets for all bookings which include couriers / lunches / supplies
  • Ensuring kitchens are kept tidy and well stocked
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required, providing additional support to administration team when required

 

Who you are

  • Corporate reception experience
  • Experience at financial services firm is preferable
  • Good proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks with the flexibility to change focus quickly as demands change/multitask

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
