We’re on the lookout for a highly organized and energetic Office Manager to be the heartbeat of a client in Dubai. This is more than just an admin role—you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, ensures a seamless day-to-day experience for the team and visitors, and plays a key part in their continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Take charge of daily office operations, ensuring a polished, productive, and well-stocked workspace.

Manage relationships with local suppliers and vendors—everything from stationery to service providers.

Plan and coordinate travel and accommodation for staff and VIP guests, always aiming for the best value and experience.

Be the main point of contact for building management, facilities, and maintenance support.

Support teams with admin tasks, deliveries, and logistics—whatever it takes to keep things moving!

Liaise with government departments (e.g., DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality) for renewals, applications, and official documentation.

Assist HR and Finance with essential document processing and coordination.

Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management or administration in Dubai/UAE.

Solid knowledge of UAE government portals and processes.

Super-organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.

Excellent communicator in English—Arabic is a plus!

Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills.
