We are seeking a proactive and friendly Office Manager to be the welcoming face and organisational backbone of our office in Hilversum. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting colleagues, and takes pride in keeping the workplace running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Guest Relations: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare and tidy meeting rooms, especially after external meetings.
- Event Planning: Organise internal events such as quarterly meetings, team outings, and celebrations for special occasions.
- Administrative Support: Assist with travel arrangements and bookings as needed.
- Team Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support for HR or marketing tasks, depending on requirements.
- Office Maintenance: Oversee the general upkeep of the office, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
