Title: Finance Manager- FP&A
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED20,000 per month

A new position is available for candidates with excellent overall financial acumen, with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis. This is a fast-paced environment within the property sector, and it is expected that candidates will have up to 10 years of UAE experience:

• • Oversee the team with the day-to-day activities and ensure compliance with all finance matters
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. 
  • Analyse results and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making. 
  • Explain deviations from plan, providing recommendations for corrective actions. 
  • Identify areas for financial improvement and cost optimization. 

The criteria to be successful in the role is as follows:

• 10 years of similar financial management/ FP&A experience within the UAE
• Degree educated, with additional finance qualifications
• Team management experience and a collaborative approach
• Excellent English communications skills
