Title: Management Accountant
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED20,000 per month

This vacancy is within the property development division of this large group with headquarters in Dubai. The Management Accountant will report into the senior finance team and you will:

• Be relied upon for the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Review financial statements to mitigate risk and support cost savings
• Ensure all crucial deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Provide highly analytical reports that will assist the management team to make key business decisions

We require finance professionals with the following experience:

• 10 years of similar financial analysis and management accounting experience
• A minimum of 5 years UAE finance experience
• Degree educated, with a preference for MBA and additional finance qualifications such as CPA, CMA or similar
• Priority will be given to those form the property development sector
• Excellent English communications skills
