Senior Project Manager - Events 

Open to UK based candidates 

Salary AED 22,000 - 28,000 depending on experience

My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Dubai. They’re heavily brand focused on areas such as automotive, fashion, retail. The role is based in Dubai, but the focus will be 75% Dubai, 25% GCC region. 

If you’re someone who can balance creativity with control and keep projects moving from pitch to pack-down without dropping the ball, you’re what my client is looking for.

What you’ll be doing:

Taking full ownership of event timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Acting as the go-between for creatives, clients, vendors, and logistics teams

Managing client expectations and making sure we consistently overdeliver

Creating bulletproof schedules, checklists, and contingency plans

Handling permits, suppliers, and on-ground execution like a pro

Running setup and breakdown with precision and zero drama

Keeping chaos contained and projects on course.

What my client is seeking:

3–5 years of experience in the events or experiential world

A background working directly with brands

A proven ability to run high-volume, complex projects

Solid understanding of production, budgets, timelines, and vendor wrangling

Confident communicator, brilliant multitasker, natural problem solver

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
