Title: Project Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 30,000 - 35,000 per month

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established property developer in Dubai and take full control of their modern, luxury projects. Responsibilities in this role will include: 

• Complete project management and oversight.
• Taking a proactive approach, utilising your contacts and experience to minimise delays and bottlenecks to ensure timely final project delivery.

• Coordinate with master developers, consultants, brokers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Development of the project timeline and monitoring of the budget on a weekly basis.
• Interactions with the relevant UAE and city resource authorities.
• Management of a small project team.

We require Project Managers with the following experience:

• 10 years of residential development experience, with a well-established organisation.
• Management of the full project cycle from plot purchase through to commissioning.
• Specific exposure of mid- high-rise developments.
• Strong project team management.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
